Do you know how to cook couscous? 🙂
1.
Dump the cous-cous into a bowl and cover with about ½l of hot water or stock, you can add saffron or even pumpkin seed oil. Stir and let it sit for a while, about 5minutes. It will soften.
2.
If not completely, add more water and stir again and let stand. The important thing in preparation is that the grains must not stick together in large clumps, rather it should be loose. The grains should be soft, so if you don’t dare to pour the lump-piece the first time, try less water and stir more times.
3.
Salt the piece-couscous and add the oils, sesame seeds and chopped sprigs before serving. If you will serve it with meat, you can also add chopped mint to the piece-piece. Next time you can add pips, nuts, grated Vegetable Recipes, etc… The piece can be made sweet or savoury.
