Courgette-carrot soup with egg yolk

2 pcs zucchini 3 pcs tomato 2 pcs onion 1 pcs bell pepper 4 cloves garlic 300 g carrot 1 handful basil 3 pcs egg yolk 2 KL salt 1 KL curry powder 1/2 KL ground black pepper 1 KL vegeta

1. Clean and wash all Vegetable Recipes. 2. Dice the onion, zucchini, tomatoes, peppers and 3/4 of the carrots and boil in about 3 litres of water. 3. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat, add the basil and cook until the Vegetable Recipes are tender. 4. When the Vegetable Recipes are soft, blend until smooth. Then season to taste. 5. Finally, add the egg yolks to the soup. Remove the soup from the stove and add the thinly sliced carrots. By not boiling the carrots, they will remain beautifully crisp and uncooked. 6. Bon appetit!
