Couračka

Soup of cabbage and potatoes softened with cream.

Ingredients:

250 g of potatoes 200 g of sauerkraut 15 g smooth flour 6 dl water

4 dl milk 1 dl 12% cream 1 dl 12% cream pasta salt

Procedure:

1. Rinse the cabbage, drain and cut into smaller pieces
2. Put it in a pot and cover with hot water and boil
3. Add peeled, diced potatoes and boil for about 10 minutes
4. Stir the flour into the milk and add to the soup
5. Cook, stirring constantly, until the cabbage and potatoes are soft
