Cottage Cheese “Tartar Steak”

Butter whipped into foam and mixed with soft cottage cheese, capers, anchovies, cucumbers, mustard … served as a “tartare”, served with bread, savoury bread, dalamans or toast.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Beat the butter until foamy
2. Add squeezed cottage cheese, finely chopped anchovies, chopped capers, finely diced cucumbers, mustard, finely chopped parsley, salt to taste, cumin and lemon juice and mix everything well or better mix
3. Arrange the finished “steak” on dessert plates in piles and garnish with finely chopped parsley and cucumber noodles, or spread the “tartare” on toast or one-cheese buns.
Recommendation:
For a festive occasion, arrange small rings of onions around the piles, coated in ground sweet paprika, and fill with small piles of capers, finely chopped onions, finely chopped parsley, small cubes of cucumber, mustard, etc.
