procedure

From cottage cheese, flour, semolina, butter, eggs, a pinch of salt make a dough. Let it stand at room temperature for half an hour.

Wash the strawberries. Divide the dough into balls, I got 16 pieces. Shape each ball into a pancake in your hand, place the fruit and wrap into a ball. I shaped the balls with wet hands.

Put the water on to boil, and add a little salt to it. When the water is boiling, add the balls to it. when they start to float, let them boil a little more so that they are cooked all the way through. Pull them out, drain them, put them on a plate, sprinkle with granulated sugar, powdered sugar and pour melted butter over them.
