1/2 liter milk 1/4 kg coarse flour 1 pinch salt 2 pk egg 20 g powdered sugar 120 g butter 300 g curd 100 g cottage cheese 100 g powdered sugar 1 pk egg yolk 20 g raisins 1 packet vanilla sugar a little lemon zest

1.
Add flour, salt, 20 grams of icing sugar, egg to the milk and make a smooth dough.

Heat the fat in a frying pan and cook thin pancakes.

Mix the cottage cheese with the remaining icing sugar and vanilla sugar, egg yolk, grated lemon zest and raisins.
