Cottage cheese fancies

450 g plain flour 250 g soft cottage cheese 3 pcs egg 1 KL baking soda 100 g butter 1 tbsp rum powdered sugar for coating

A perfect lunch for people who like sweet.

1.

Knead everything well, the dough will be thick.

Let it rest for a while (about 10 min.).

3.

Then roll out to about 0.5 cm and cut out diamonds with a ruler. Cut a hole in the middle.

Fry in hot oil on both sides. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
