Cottage cheese dumplings with strawberries

Cesto:

250 g cottage cheese 30 g butter 1 packet vanilla sugar 150 g semi-coarse flour 70 g baby semolina 1 egg

Filling:

15 pcs fresh strawberries 2 tbsp melted butter a little cottage cheese 1 packet vanilla sugar 1 pinch gingerbread spice

1. Mix the cottage cheese with the flour, butter, sugar, egg and semolina. Using your hands, make a non-sticky dough and roll it out on a floured board to about 3 mm. Cut the dough into squares, wrap a strawberry in each square and bring the dough together tightly. 2. In the meantime, boil the water and when it is boiling, drop the balls into it. When they float to the surface, which is about 10 minutes, they will be ready. 3. On a plate, pour the melted butter over them, sprinkle them with cottage cheese flavored with vanilla sugar and gingerbread spices.
