Cottage cheese dumplings with fruit juice and fruit
ingredients
1 pk egg 3 pk buns 25 g butter pinches salt 20 g powdered sugar 400 g cottage cheese 50 g breadcrumbs 1,5 dl milk a little lemon zest to taste fruit juice to taste fruit
procedure

Mix the butter with the sugar and egg yolk.

Cut the seeds, pour the milk over them, stir and let stand for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat the egg whites to make snow.

Add the yolks to the egg yolks along with the whipped cream cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, grated zest and gently fold the snow into the mixture.
5.
Mix everything and form small dumplings on a paddle covered with breadcrumbs.
6.
Cook the dumplings in hot water until they float to the surface.
7.
Pour the cooked dumplings with fruit juice and fruit and serve.
