500 g lumpy cottage cheese 2 pcs egg 150 g baby semolina 100 g butter 1 packet vanilla sugar 50 g powdered sugar 500 g fruit or jam to taste cottage cheese with sugar, poppy seeds, ground nuts
procedure
1. Beat the egg yolks with the icing sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Stir in the cottage cheese, salt, baby semolina, half the butter and let the dough stand for 2 hours. Then stir in the stiff egg whites. 2. Shape the dough into balls and put either fruit or jam in them. Drop them into boiling salted water and cook for about 8 minutes until they float to the surface. Spoon the remaining butter over them on a plate and serve with cottage cheese, poppy seeds or nuts.
