Cottage cheese dollops with fruit
ingredients
Sourdough:
1 tbsp plain flour 1 KL sugar 20 g fresh yeast 125 ml lukewarm milk
Cesto:
250 g semi-coarse flour 250 g soft curd 150 ml milk 30 g sugar 2 tbsp lemon zest 2 pk egg yolk a little oil for baking 1 pinch salt

1 crucible cream yoghurt pk fresh fruit

1. In a glass, mix flour, sugar, crumbled yeast and pour lukewarm milk over everything. Let the leaven work for a while. 2. Put the flour, salt, cottage cheese mixed with milk, sugar, lemon zest, egg yolks, leavened sourdough in a bowl and make a dough. Cover with a tea towel and leave in a warm place to rise. 3. From the risen dough, tear off larger pieces as you go, make pancakes and fry them in a frying pan in oil or lard, if necessary. 4. Serve the baked dolce with yoghurt and fresh fruit.
