Cottage cheese custard under the duvet

400 g puff pastry 1/2 kg cottage cheese 1/2 liter milk 1 pk vanillin sugar 2 pk golden cob 4 pk eggs 150 g sugar 100 g powdered sugar for snow

Since there is no snow outside, I at least made the kids a cake with snow.
1.
I let the puff pastry thaw at room temperature and make the filling.I put the cottage cheese and sugars in a bowl,separate the yolks from the whites,add to the cottage cheese and set the whites aside.

I will add the golden cob and milk to the curd and mix.

I roll out the puff pastry so that when I put it on a greased baking sheet, the sides are covered.I prick it with a fork.

I pour the filling and put it in the oven to bake for about 20 min.
5.
I whip the cream and sugar until stiff and spread it on the pre-baked cake and put it back in the oven to bake for 10-15 min more.
6.
After the cake is baked, I let it cool and slice it.
