Cottage cheese biscuits with strawberries
ingredients
120 g strawberries 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 pinch salt 80 g butter 140 g granulated sugar 115 g soft cottage cheese 1 pk egg 1/2 pk vanilla pod 100 g white chocolate 2 tbsp (for strawberries) plain flour

Try these soft and fluffy cookies that melt on your tongue.
1.
Slice the strawberries into small cubes. Put them in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, mix and let them stand.

Place the flour in a bowl, add the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Stir.

Prepare the dough. Put the room temperature butter and granulated sugar in a bowl. Beat.

Add the cottage cheese and mix. Add the prepared flour and baking powder mixture. Beat again. Add the egg and the vanilla bean. Whisk together.

Finally, add the white chocolate chunks and mix well by hand.

Add 2 tablespoons of plain flour to the sliced, cooled strawberries and stir lightly. Add them to the batter and mix again by hand.
7.
Prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the dough in a pastry bag and using a round mould, pipe rounds (approx. 5 – 5.5 cm in diameter) onto the baking tray.
8.
Bake for 13 minutes in a preheated oven at 175 °C.

The biscuits will be soft and fluffy. Enjoy 🙂
