Cottage cheese balls with blueberry sauce

500 g lumpy cottage cheese 3 pcs egg yolk 5 tbsp baby semolina 80 g butter 1 pinch salt

In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the egg yolks, salt and semolina. It should form a mixture that is easy to shape in your hands. Form the mixture into balls about 3 cm in diameter.

Place the water in a large saucepan and bring to the boil, season with a little salt. Drop the prepared balls into the boiling water, stir and cook until they all float to the surface.

Cook the frozen fruit with the sugar in a saucepan over a medium heat until the fruit starts to fall apart. Stirring constantly, mix the cornstarch in a little water and add the water to the fruit. Stirring constantly, simmer for a few more minutes and remove the fruit sauce from the heat.

Drain the cooked balls, transfer to bowls or plates, pour the melted butter over them and pour the sauce over them.
