Cottage cheese – apple bun

ingredients

10 pcs elderly pastry 500 ml milk 1 pk egg 5 tsp powdered sugar 50 g butter 1 tsp baking powder

filling

filling/h3> 250 g lumpy cottage cheese 1 pk vanilla sugar 2 tbsp icing sugar 4 pk apple

Slice the rolls into rounds and soak them in milk so that all the milk is absorbed. Mix well. Add sugar, baking powder, egg yolk and butter.

Stir everything together and whip the egg white. Stir it lightly into the batter.

Place half of the dough in a baking tin lined with breadcrumbs.

Peel the apples

Grate them and add 1 tablespoon of sugar

Mix the cottage cheese with the sugar and vanilla and pour over the batter. Add the grated apples on top of the cottage cheese

Cover the apples with the other half of the dough and bake.
