3 pcs eggs +white 150 g granulated sugar 60 ml vegetable oil 100 ml lukewarm milk 300 g semi-coarse flour 1 packet baking powder 2 tbsp 100% cocoa 1 pinch salt
Filling/h3> 500 g soft cottage cheese 1 packet vanilla sugar +vanilla pudding 4 tbsp 33% whipping cream 4 tbsp powdered sugar 1 pk yolk 1 cup apricots boiled powdered sugar for sprinkling

Excellent simple delicacy topical for these holidays. It will please even the most demanding.

Raw ingredients for the stuffing, which we will make first. Mix together the cottage cheese, cream,yolk, powder, vanilla + vanilla pudding.

Beat eggs, sugar till frothy put a pinch of salt add oil, lukewarm milk alternately. Sift flour combine with baking powder, cocoa. Stir into the batter in batches. Grease a bundt tin with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour half of the batter into the mould.Drain the apricot compote and leave to drain.

Place the drained apricots on the pastry and bake at 180°C for about 60 minutes.

After baking, let the cake cool in the tin before serving and sprinkle with icing sugar.
