Corn soup

ingredients

250 g frozen corn 200 g onion 30 g garlic 25 g ginger 1 KL turmeric 1 KL turmeric 1 KL ground coriander 1 KL curry spice 400 ml water 700 ml coconut milk a little oil to taste salt to taste ground black pepper a little chilli

1. Fry the finely chopped onion in hot oil in a saucepan. Add finely chopped garlic and ginger. Then add coriander, turmeric, curry spices and mix everything. Add the corn, water and cook the mixture for about 10 minutes. 2. Add coconut milk and cook for another 10 minutes. Then blend the soup with an immersion blender, season with salt and pepper. Serve the soup garnished with corn and a little chilli.
