Corn Soup II

Beneath the name SOPA DE MAÍZ is a Mexican soup made from soft canned corn kernels and other ingredients.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Wash large peppers in hot water and then peel
2. Melt the ground chili spices in hot butter and briefly fry the peeled green peppers cut into large pieces
3. Add the corn, the peeled red peppers cut into pieces, the whole chili peppers and pour in the stock
4. Add salt to taste and simmer for about 3 minutes, whisk in the whipped cream with a pinch of salt
5. Pour the soup into a bowl, top with the whipped cream, stir gently and serve immediately.
