Simple and tasty porridge full of nutrients!

Stir the cornflour progressively into the boiling, salted water. Cook over a low heat, stirring constantly, until the porridge thickens.

Add the onion to the pan with the oil and fry over a medium heat. When the onions are getting pink, add a little butter and let them fry for a little more time.

Finally, top the finished polenta with the fried onions. Enjoy.
