Corn fritter
ingredients
3 tbsp oil 2 pcs onion 2 tbsp ground red pepper 2 pcs potatoes to taste salt 1 tsp rosemary 1 tsp dried dill some ground black pepper 3 tbsp tomato juice 250 g corn 1 cup milk 3 tbsp flour 500 ml water
step
1. In a large saucepan, fry the onion in the oil, dust with the ground red pepper, add the chopped potatoes and fry briefly, stirring constantly. 2. Add salt, rosemary, dried dill, ground black pepper and tomato juice. 3. Stir, add the corn, pour in the milk in which the flour has been dissolved, water and let it boil. 4. Boil until the potatoes are soft. Serve hot with garlic toast.
