Surprise your favourite snack with one that will dazzle your classmates, after all, once in a while you can afford a less healthy option. For example, try homemade fruit biscuits and Haribo candies, which the kitchen can help you prepare.
Ingredients:
200 g
smooth spelt flour
125 g
of butter

100 g
flour sugar
10 g
freeze-dried strawberries and raspberries
1/3 tsp
baking soda
1 piece
of egg
baking paper
to decorate with Haribo Pico-Balla and white chocolate
Procedure:
Mix the dough with all the ingredients and make a roll about 5 cm thick. Wrap it in cling film and leave it to rest in the fridge for an hour.
After an hour, cut off 1 cm thick rounds from the roll. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and gently shape them into biscuits.
Press a few Haribo Pico-Balla candies and pieces of chopped white chocolate into each biscuit.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 10 to 12 minutes until nicely golden.
Dump the biscuits onto a metal rack and leave to cool. Then you can serve or pack as a snack for school or a trip.
