Cooked asparagus with green mayonnaise

Cooked asparagus served with green, herbed mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut off the bottom hard parts of the asparagus spears and divide them into six bunches, tying each one so that you can easily untie the thread later
2. Cook the asparagus in a tall pot of water for about 5-8 minutes so that the tips are in the foil above the water
4. Remove the cooked asparagus and let it drain thoroughly
5. Untie the asparagus bundles, place them neatly on plates, pour the flavoured green mayonnaise over them, remember to salt them lightly and serve immediately, for example with fresh bread.
Preparation of green mayonnaise:
1. Put the egg yolks, chives, parsley and lemon juice into the blender container and blend for about 2 minutes, adding oil in thin trickles while blending until all the oil is absorbed and the mayonnaise thickens
