500 g colored tomatoes (both cherry and classic) 2 packets of mozzarella cheese 4 tbsp basil pesto 1 handful of fresh basil 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Ocho Delicioso pcs salt pcs ground black pepper
procedure

Wash and dry the tomatoes. Slice the larger ones into rounds, the cherry tomatoes into marigolds.

Slice the mozzarella into thin slices. If you prefer mozzarella balls, just remove them from the brine, gently pat dry and serve with tomatoes.

Place the tomatoes and mozzarella alternately on a plate and brush them evenly with the pesto.
4.
Before serving, lightly salt and pepper the salad, sprinkle with fresh basil and finally drizzle with virgin olive oil.
