1 pk chicken breast 1 pk sausage 1 pk carrot 1 pk parsley 1 pk red onion 1 pk pre-cooked potato 1 pk red pepper 5 tbsp lemon olive oil salt ground black pepper 1 tsp crushed cumin 2 tsp ground red pepper 2 tsp grated parmesan 5 pk cherry tomatoes 7 pk wooden skewers

In a deep bowl, progressively add all the ingredients cut as one likes – chicken breast diced, sausage diced, carrots and parsley diced, potato pre-cooked and red pepper diced, red onion quartered.

Add seasonings – curonian olive oil, salt and ground black pepper to taste, crushed cumin, ground red pepper and grated Parmesan.

Toss the whole mixture gently.

Finally add the halved cherry tomatoes and mix gently again.

Prepare the mixture in this way and skewer it on skewers.
6.
Place in a baking dish.

Place the skewers in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes as desired.
