Coleslaw II

A tasty salad based on cabbage cut into noodles. It appears in many versions. A tasty accompaniment to meat dishes, or a light diet dinner along with wholemeal bread. In this case, replace mayonnaise with white yoghurt, or at least mix mayonnaise with white yoghurt in a 1:1 ratio.

Ingredients:

300 g white cabbage 6 tbsp mayo 1 pc carrots 1 pk onions lemon juice pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Cut or grate the cabbage and carrots into noodles, cut the onion into strips
2. Mix, salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice
3. Finally, mix mayonnaise into the salad, let it rest
4. Serve the salad well chilled.
