Cold tomato soup
ingredients
1 kg tomato 2 pcs whole black pepper 2 pcs whole allspice 2 pcs whole allspice 1 pcs bay leaf to taste salt 750 ml water a little lemon juice to taste sugar 4 tbsp grated hard cheese
procedure
1.
Slice the tomatoes, add the spices, salt, cover with water and bring to the boil.

Press the cooked tomatoes and cool the soup.
3.
Season with lemon juice and sugar.
4.
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the tomatoes and serve.
