Cold Rice Salad

Salad of cooked rice, Vegetable Recipes and dressing, served with rocket and roasted meat.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Cook rice according to package directions and let cool
2. In a bowl, put the Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, scherry, salt, ground pepper and sugar, mix well and then gradually whisk in the olive oil
3. In a bowl, mix together the diced tomatoes, the halved cucumber, the cleaned and chopped peppers, the peeled and sliced onion and the finely chopped chives
4. Pour the dressing over the prepared Vegetable Recipes, stir in the cooked rice and let it sit for an hour
5. Salt and pepper the cleaned chicken breasts, fry them on all sides in hot oil and cut them into slices
6. Add the rocket and meat to the salad just before serving.
