Cold Peach Soup

Sugar boiled with water, after cooling mixed with crushed peaches, wine and lemon juice, served well chilled, served with finely chopped peach.

Ingredients:

4 pcs peaches 1/2 pcs citron 80 g

td>sand sugar 3/4 l water 1/4 l white wine

Procedure:

1. Boil the sugar with water, once dissolved, let it cool
2. Peel the peaches, remove the pits, press three peaches and mix with the sugar liquor, wine and lemon juice, let cool
3. Before serving, add one peach finely chopped to the soup.
