Cold pasta recipe with the pineapple glaze

To make this dish, you will need:
-1 pound of pasta
-1 cup of pineapple juice
-1/4 cup of white vinegar
-1/4 cup of sugar
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
-1 (10-ounce) can of pineapple chunks, drained
First, cook the pasta according to the package directions. Once it is cooked, drain it and rinse it with cold water.
In a small saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture has come to a boil.
Add the pineapple chunks and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool.
Once the mixture has cooled, add it to the pasta and stir until well mixed. You can either serve it immediately or store it in the refrigerator for later.
