Cold oat porridge with banana and cocoa

ingredients

4 tbsp oatmeal 1 banana 4 tbsp milk 1 pk white yogurt 1 tbsp cocoa 1 tsp chia seeds ( you can omit )

progress

1.

Mix the flakes in a resealable container with yogurt , milk , chia seeds , cocoa powder and mashed banana

Let sit in the refrigerator at least overnight and consume within 2 days .
