Cold Chicken Rolls

Oven-baked meat roll of boneless chicken filled with a mixture of smoked meat, nettles, egg white snow, toasted rolls and other ingredients, served cold, for example as a cold appetizer.

Ingredients:

1 piece of large chicken 4 pcs of jelly (roll) 3 pcs of egg 2 pcs garlic cloves 200 g cooked smoked meat 50 g butter 100 ml of whipping cream nutmeg flat-leaf parsley dill pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Bone the chicken, form a slab, pat it into a patty (the pieces of meat must be evenly spread all over the slab) and cover the edges with stuffing
2. Prepare the stuffing; dry fry the buns, pour the cream, add chopped and steamed nettles, garlic, parsley, cooked smoked, egg yolks beaten with butter, season with nutmeg, salt, pepper and finally stir in the beaten egg whites
3. Roll up and wrap with twine
4. Salt, pepper, brush with the remaining butter and bake in a medium oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on size
5. Let cool and then slice and serve as an appetizer with bread.
