1 packet of shortbread biscuits 1 cup strong coffee 500 g mascrapone 4 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp lemon zest 100 g dark chocolate

A surprise visit was the reason for creating this super quick and delicious version of tiramisu.
1.
Pour the instant coffee into a bowl and let it cool.

Cut the chocolate into small pieces.
3.
Mix mascarpone with sugar, vanilla and lemon zest.
4.
Place a spoonful of cream on the bottom of dessert glasses or bowls.
5.
Dip the biscuits in the coffee and alternate layering with the chocolate and mascarpone cream.
6.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes and serve.
