Ingredients ( 6 Servings )
– 500 g whole milk
– 70 g white powdered sugar
– 15 g vanilla sugar
– 30 g maizena
– 2 large eggs
– 50 g 30% liquid cream
– 1 tsp. tablespoon of liquid coffee extract
Preparation
Put the milk , sugar , vanilla sugar , maizena and eggs in the Closed lidet heat 12min /90-C /speed 3 without the measuring cup .
add the liquid cream and coffee extract then mix 10sec/ speed 4 with the measuring cup
Finally pour the preparation into the ramekins
let stand in the fridge for at least 1 hour, add whipped cream. Bon appétit!
