Coffee Brownies

A very popular and widespread dessert from the USA.

Ingredients:

560 ml of chopped dark chocolate 1 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour 3-4 pcs egg 6 tbsp butter 1 tbsp ground coffee 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp baking powder pinch of salt brownie mold fat to grease the mold flour for emptying the mould

Procedure:

1. Melt the butter and 450 ml of chocolate in a water bath, stir and set aside
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla extract until thick, add the coffee and finally stir in the melted chocolate
3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking tin and bake in a preheated oven at 170-180°C for about 35-40 minutes, until the surface is crisp
5. Let the brownies cool, then cut the dessert into smaller squares and serve.

Recommendation:

Brownies can be served with whipped cream or sour cream.
