Recipe from Norway for oven-baked cod with vegetable mixture.
Ingredients:

portions of cod
2 pcs
small carrots
1 pc
onions
120 g
of cleaned celery
60 g
of white bread (bun)
60 g
butter
2 tbsp
breadcrumbs
ground pepper
parsley
salt
Procedure:
Cut the cleaned carrots and celery into cubes, cut the onion into fine half-rounds, and peel the bread slices and cut them into cubes as well.
Mix everything well with melted butter, salt and ground pepper.
Place the salted, peppered portions of the fish fillets in a shallow, buttered pot or baking dish, cover them with the vegetable mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Bake the dish until tender in a well heated oven at 190 °C, garnish with parsley and serve.
