Cod after Murmansk

Fillets of cod coated in flour, fried in oil and then smothered in a baking dish, topped with sauce prepared from the fat.

Ingredients:

4 pcs cod fillets 1 pcs large onion 1 pc large sweet and sour cucumbers 1 pc smaller celery 1 pc carrots 20 g smooth flour 20 g of oil 1 tbsp of tomato puree 1 cup of beef stock to baste ground black pepper ground red pepper bean leaves new spices cloves thyme salt

Procedure:

1. Remove the fish meat and sauté the finely chopped Vegetable Recipes in the resulting juices, add the purée and pour the broth over the fish
3. Season the sauce and stir in the cucumber cubes
4. Put the fillets back in the oven at 200 °C for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Recommendation:

Serve the cod portions prepared in this way with slices of white cod.
