Cod à la Parisienne

Fish recipes are very good for us, nutritionists advise to eat fish at least twice a week. Here is the recipe for cod à la Parisienne, a good dish based on steamed fish and topped with a creamy and light sauce with mushrooms, tomatoes and carrots.
Ingredients for 4 people:
4 cod fillets 1 onion 150 g mushrooms 1 carrot 100 ml white wine 1 tomato 20 cl skimmed milk + 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon olive oil salt, pepper
Preparation:
Peel and chop the onion, then slice the carrot and chop the tomato.
In a saucepan heat the olive oil, then sauté the onion for a few minutes.
Then add the tomatoes and carrots and sliced mushrooms then sauté for 6 minutes.
Add the white wine and let it evaporate, stirring occasionally.
Mix the milk and cornstarch then pour into the pan, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper and cook for another 2 minutes, then steam the cod fillets.
Coat the fish fillets with the sauce then serve immediately.
