Čočovinka z Dolní Bečva

Recipe for our grandmothers’ regional soup.

Ingredients:

200 g lentils 50 g of lard 50 g smooth flour 1/2 pcs onions 3 pcs garlic cloves 1 pc larger potato 1 pc carrots 1.5 l of water salt

Procedure:

1. Soak the overcooked lentils overnight in cold water, then boil them
2. Before that, add a cleaned potato cut into small pieces, cleaned carrots and boil them
