Coconut rolls

30 dkg plain flour 20 dkg coconut 2 pcs eggs 25 dkg margarine 12 dkg granulated sugar 1 packet vanillin sugar 1/2 packet baking powder powder powdered sugar for coating

Soft, aromatic rolls:

Make a dough with all the ingredients. First, put all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the eggs and diced margarine.

Form the rolls, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 170-180 C for about 13 min.

Then coat the baked rolls in powdered sugar.
