Coconut pudding rolls

ingredients

1 packet vanillin sugar 220 g plain flour 100 g granulated sugar 1 packet coconut pudding (powder) 120 g butter 2 pcs egg yolk 2 tbsp milk powdered sugar for coating

In a bowl mix flour, granulated sugar, vanillin sugar, custard powder.

Add the softened cubed butter, milk and egg yolks. Work the dough with your hands. I didn’t refrigerate it at all.

Make the dough into a roll about 2-2,5 cm thick and then cut it into 1 cm wide strips. Roll them into equal rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180°C for about 13 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle with icing sugar.
