These linzer cookies are a tradition in my family and I got the recipe from my grandmother who taught me how to bake. These wonderful soft cookies are not to be missed on the holiday table in our family. In the original recipe there was maizena, I substituted some of the maizena for Dr.Oetker coconut pudding for the super taste. We love these cookies.
1.
From the above ingredients, make the dough and wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate until the next day.
2.
The next day, roll out and cut out using a cookie cutter.
3.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for approximately 8-10 minutes. Definitely not longer.
4.
Jam the cooled cakes. At our discretion, we can decorate with chocolate.
5.
Good taste!
