Coconut hedgehogs

4 pcs of homemade eggs 150 g granulated sugar 250 g semi-coarse flour 1 packet of baking powder Dr.Oetker 100 ml vegetable oil 125 ml lukewarm milk 1 packet vanillin sugar

A treat that will delight chocolate and coconut lovers. A favourite dessert on the Christmas table.

Beat eggs, sugar+vanilla until frothy, alternately add oil, lukewarm milk. Sift flour combine with baking powder, fold in egg yolk foam a little at a time, stir. Line a 20×30 cm baking tray with baking paper and spread the prepared dough evenly. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes, see photo. Prepare the ingredients for the icing.

Cut the cooled cake into cubes. Put the milk, sugar, cocoa and chocolate in a bowl, put it on the stove and let it boil while stirring. Put the coconut flour in the bowl.

Dip each cube in chocolate coating, roll in coconut flour (grated coconut) on all sides. Place in the refrigerator to harden, good taste.
