Coconut batter
5 pcs egg whites 150 g granulated sugar 1 pinch salt 2 tbsp plain flour 1 packet baking powder 150 g grated coconut
Walnut batter
5 pk egg whites 150 g granulated sugar 1 pinch salt 2 tbsp plain flour 1 packet baking powder 1 tbsp cocoa 150 g ground nuts
Filling
900 ml milk 150 g granulated sugar 5 pcs goldfish 2 packets Golden cob 200 g Mascarpone 250 g butter

Simple cake to make, but I always get compliments on it. Perfect for my son, because he loves both coconut and nuts, so I don’t have to deal with what to bake him for the party.

Coconut batter:Beat the egg whites, salt and sugar, fold in the other dry ingredients with a fork and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for about 15 min.

Nut dough: bake the same way.

Filling: mix about half of the milk with the sugar, in the other half mix the Golden Cob and egg yolks and cook together to make a thick cream, let cool. Beat the butter until foamy, add the mascarpone and the cooled cream in batches.

Finish :spread half of the cream on the coconut sheet, add the walnut cream, press lightly and spread the rest of the cream. Finally, sprinkle the cake with shaved chocolate.
