Coconut balls

1 packet baby biscuits 1/2 cube butter – room temperature 50 g powdered sugar 2 tbsp rum 2 tbsp cocoa

more needed

shredded coconut cherries (compote)

Great little treat. We love these!

1.

Grind the coconut.

2.

Place the ground biscuits, powdered sugar, cocoa and room temperature butter in a bowl. Work into a uniform mixture, gradually adding um.

Using a spoon, scoop out smaller pieces and shape into balls. Place a cherry inside each ball.

4.

Coat the hot balls in grated coconut. Enjoy.
