10 pcs eggs 200 g powdered sugar 200 g semi-coarse flour 2 tbsp cocoa 1 pk baking powder Filling: 1/2 liter water 2 pcs golden cob – cream powder 1 pcs vanilla sugar´ 2 pcs egg yolks 300 g granulated sugar 1/2 pcs lemon juice 250 g butter 1 tbsp cocoa powder on top granko,or grated chocolate

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whip the snow.Add the icing sugar to the snow and beat until stiff.

Then add the egg yolks and beat them on the lowest setting until the snow forms.Mix the flour with the baking powder and lightly fold into the batter with a whisk.When the batter is smooth, pour it onto the prepared baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Divide the dough in half. Bake.

Add the egg yolks,vanilla sugar and golden cob to the water.Whisk with a whisk and bring to the boil.Bring the pudding to the boil.Reduce the heat and add the sugar.Stir the sugar into the pudding and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture is glassy.Allow to cool, stirring occasionally.

Beat the butter and add the cooled custard to the butter and beat.Finally add the cocoa.Remove the paper from the cooled pastry and cut the top gently,or remove the crust. Divide the filling into 3 parts and spread over the whole sheets. Place the sheets on top of each other and refrigerate the pie.

Whip the meringue on top of the pie. Put the egg whites in a bowl suitable for steaming, whisk them cold first,add the sugar and so place on the steamer. Add the lemon juice and whisk for about 10 min. on low heat. As soon as the snow begins to crystallize around the sides of the bowl, immediately set aside and

Let the cake harden a little, and finally sprinkle with granola,or grate chocolate.
