Cocoa slices with banana and cottage cheese

5 pcs egg 5 tbsp coconut sugar 3 tbsp coconut flour 1 tbsp cocoa 1 tsp baking soda jam for spreading 250 g soft curd 2 pcs large banana dark chocolate for topping

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the flour mixed with soda and cocoa a tablespoon at a time. Lightly fold in the beaten egg whites at the end.

Pour the batter onto a smaller baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 15 – 20 minutes. When baked, remove from the baking tray and remove the paper.

Divide the cooled dough in half. Spread one part with jam and curd, stack banana rounds. Fill in the gaps with curd. Place the other part of the dough on top.
4.
Decorate the cake with chocolate icing and cool.
