Cocoa salami with pistachios

ingredients

250 g butter biscuits 200 ml sweet condensed milk 40 g cocoa pistachios 100 g butter powdered sugar for decoration

A delicious no-bake treat…

1.

Break the butter biscuits into smaller pieces. Melt the butter and mix with the condensed milk.

Add the cocoa (if you like it sweeter,you can also add powdered sugar to taste) and mix well with a whisk once more.

3.

Join the mixture with the broken biscuits and pisations, place on the foil or food foil and make a cylinder with your hands. Wrap in clingfilm and leave to stand for a couple of hours.

4.

Sprinkle the hot cocoa sausage evenly with more powdered sugar.
