Cocoa pancakes for breakfast

250 g plain flour 3 pcs egg 300 ml milk 1 KL baking powder 40 g baking powder 40 g sugar 20 g cocoa a little coconut oil to taste fresh fruit

In one bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients

In the other bowl, beat eggs with a whisk, add half of the milk, the dry ingredients and the remaining milk. Knead into a smooth, lump-free dough and let it sit for a while.

Then bake the cocoa fritters in a little butter or coconut oil.

Serve them according to your taste with fresh fruit.
