ingredient

I found this recipe a long time ago somewhere on the internet, and I am very glad I wrote it down on a piece of paper, because since then I have managed to try a lot of recipes for the so called “Hera”, and I am very happy that I wrote it on a piece of paper. but none of them were this soft and delicate, and especially without eggs! All you need is 1 mug, 1 smaller container for the milk and flour and a fork that doubles as a hand mixer. 😉
1.
Melt the butter directly in the mug you will be using
2.
Add the cocoa powder to the melted warm butter, stir, then add the sugar, and beat a little with a fork.
3.
Add the room temperature milk (about 5 seconds in the microwave) to the butter mixture and mix well.
4.
Add flour mixed with baking powder and mix to a smooth biscuit dough.
5.
To taste, sprinkle with chocolate chips, or nuts, almonds, etc.
6.
Place the mug with the dough in the microwave and “bake” for 1 minute (max 75 seconds).
7.
After baking, you can brush the top with Nutella and serve immediately. However, the cake does not need to be eaten hot or warm, as it will remain perfectly soft even after cooling.
