Cocoa linzer pastry
ingredients
300 g plain flour 200 g Hera (butter) 100 g powdered sugar 1/2 pk lemon zest 2 tbsp cocoa 1 pk egg yolk

Linecake dough with recipe of basic ingredients in the ratio of 3:2:1 (flour, fat, sugar):

Sieve the flour, sugar into a bowl and add the grated butter, lemon zest, egg yolk and other ingredients as per the recipe and work out the linzer dough with your hands. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Leave the dough at room temperature to loosen a little before processing.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm and cut out. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake.
4.
After cooling, stick them together to taste and decorate.
